Your Account & Security

• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activities under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Bring Your Own Content

• You are responsible for the legality of content you import or upload.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, is unlawful, or violates third-party rights.
• LoreGlide does not host a public library or distribute user content.

Acceptable Use

• No abuse, spam, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No security attacks or reverse engineering of the service.
• Respect others’ rights and applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your imported content.
• We retain rights to the service, brand, and software.

AI/LLM Outputs

Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for high-stakes decisions; use your judgment.

Service Changes & Termination

• We may modify or discontinue features; we will try to provide reasonable notice when material changes occur.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China.
